We measure, photograph and talk through what you want. No charge, and no obligation to go further.

Scope & estimate
A written scope of the work, with a fixed price where it is well defined and cost-plus where it is not — and we tell you which and why before you sign.

Design & permits
Drawings, engineering where the structure calls for it, and the permit filed with your city.

Build
One point of contact, a posted schedule, and a written change order for any change to the scope or the price.

Walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you, list any final touch-ups and complete them, and hand over the inspection records.
