Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026. This page describes what this website collects, where it goes, and how long it is kept. It covers this site only, not the wider business relationship once a project starts.
What this site loads, and what it does not
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no social tracking script, and it sets no cookie of its own when you browse. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell a font company that you visited.
One section is an exception, and it is worth being clear about it. Where a reviews section appears, it is drawn by a third-party service showing reviews already published on Google. That section makes requests to that service and to Google, and those companies may set their own cookies and can see that a browser loaded it. It appears only on pages carrying reviews. Nothing else on the site loads anything from anyone else.
Server logs
Like any website, this one runs on a web server, and that server keeps access logs. They record the IP address, the browser’s user agent and the page requested, for every visit — including visits that submit nothing. The hosting provider keeps them for a limited period and they exist to run and secure the server, not to build a picture of you. “Nothing on this site tracks you” is true of the pages; it is not true of the server underneath them, and the distinction is worth stating rather than glossing.
The estimate form is the only thing that collects data
If you submit it, you send us:
- your first and last name
- your email address and phone number
- the type of project you are asking about
- anything you write in the description field
- your city and ZIP code, if you fill them in — both optional
- how you heard about us, if you choose an option — optional
The form also records the moment the page was loaded, and includes a hidden field that a person never sees. Both are there to filter automated submissions, and neither identifies you.
Where it goes
Submissions are passed to a third-party customer management service that Stonevale uses to handle estimates and client records. They hold the information on our behalf, and it is used to respond to your inquiry and to prepare an estimate if you want one.
Repeat inquiries from the same email address are added to the existing record rather than creating a new one, so an earlier inquiry from you may be visible alongside a later one.
Stonevale does not sell your details, and does not pass them to anyone for marketing. Submitting the estimate form is agreement that Stonevale Homes or its representatives may contact you by phone, text or email about your project — that is the only purpose. You are not added to a mailing list, because there isn’t one.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept while they are useful — an inquiry that becomes a project is kept for as long as the records of that project need to be kept, and one that does not is kept in case you come back to it later.
Asking us about your data
Write to info@stonevale.homes or call 651-243-1137 and ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
If you ask for deletion, we will act on it and pass the request to the service described above, which stores the record on our behalf. We are not going to promise here how quickly another company’s systems complete that, because it is not ours to promise — but ask, and we will tell you what has been done.
If this page and the site disagree
This page describes the site as built on September 1, 2026. If something on the site does not match what is written here, the site is what is actually happening — tell us and we will correct the page.
