Questions we get asked before a first visit

How soon can you come out?
It depends on the season. Spring and early summer are the busiest, and deck and addition inquiries stack up then; winter is usually quicker for interior work. Call or send the form and we will tell you what the calendar actually looks like.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The visit, the measurements, the photographs and the written scope that follows cost nothing and carry no obligation. Booking one is not a commitment to build.
What if I am not ready to start yet?
That is a normal reason to call. A scope is useful for planning and for budgeting well before anything is built, and the scope is yours whatever you decide. Plenty of the projects we build were first measured a season or more earlier.
Do you work outside the Twin Cities?
We work across the Twin Cities metro. If you are outside it, say where you are when you get in touch and we will tell you whether it is a drive we can make — better than both of us finding out after a site visit.
